T3A2 is the Faculty Technology Program. This program is designed to increase student learning and teacher productivity through the advancement of teachers' technology skills. With the prevalence and easy access to modern technology at Heathwood Hall, developing the skills and effective instructional strategies will allow teachers to improve instruction by utilizing new instructional tools where appropriate. Improving the quality of instruction will directly affect the student learning. In addition, computer technology has created ways to simplify and increase productivity and communication. Learning how to use the personal computer effectively will result in simplifying teachers' work and improving teachers' quality of work. With these goals in mind, the requirements of the program address both classroom instruction and general productivity.
